in the am was able to run 2 miles in 18 flat. in the pm hit the gym with my friend and gabbbed my way through 3.25 at a fast walking pace. noticed my cold coming back-ugh! i think it is sleep related because the last couple of nights my little boy has not been sleeping, therefore i have not been sleeping and my soar throat and sinuses are not good. oh well, i am coming to think this is a routine and getting used to it. i just think to myself that when i am well i will be able to burn one heck of a trail. heres to a much anticipated spring!

Don't you love it when you run or walk with a friend and next thing you know it's been 3, 5, 10 miles. It makes all the difference. I think everyone should have a running partner to gab with.

I hope you start feeling better soon! My little girl has been waking up a lot during the night, I know how much that really effects your health. I hope he starts feeling better too!
