in the am was able to run 2 miles in 18 flat. in the pm hit the gym with my friend and gabbbed my way through 3.25 at a fast walking pace. noticed my cold coming back-ugh! i think it is sleep related because the last couple of nights my little boy has not been sleeping, therefore i have not been sleeping and my soar throat and sinuses are not good. oh well, i am coming to think this is a routine and getting used to it. i just think to myself that when i am well i will be able to burn one heck of a trail. heres to a much anticipated spring! |
