went to strength training this morning...went well but don't think i will be running later today...shins are killing me-thinking it was the new shoes from yesterday...getting anxious about the race on saturday-this will be my first one and i have already decided to not set any records, just finishing will be enough. my partner took the kids to school today and she said it was 27F! so i figure my lungs will be burning and have no feeling in my legs, but at least i will be in good company.

Good luck on Saturday. It will be so much fun, you'll see. In fact, after you compete in one race, it becomes addicting... so beware :o)

How did you do at the race on Saturday?!? I'm anxious to see your report!
