Personal:

i have been married for 10 yrs with three kids, ages 7, 2, and 1. i have only been running for 5 months and love it! i am a self-admitted treadmill junkie-the thought of open roads scare me! but hopefully things will change as i progress.

again with a late run today (1130) but just because of the holiday last night. it felt really good this time to run because i really over did it last night with the junk food and eating way past the time when i was supposed to quit. i am noticing that my right ham is tightening up as i increase my speed-could this be due to over exertion (to fast too soon)?

Ok its working now. I dont know what the heck is wrong with my computer. I dont think anyone on here is not guilty of junk food from the new year and holidays! ha Well Ill have to put your name on my list so I can keep you in the loop.
