again with a late run today (1130) but just because of the holiday last night. it felt really good this time to run because i really over did it last night with the junk food and eating way past the time when i was supposed to quit. i am noticing that my right ham is tightening up as i increase my speed-could this be due to over exertion (to fast too soon)? stats: 9.13 9.13 8.57 8.49 9.13 |
